We are deeply committed to community. We being Almighty’s creation, is called to walk together in love, bearing one another’s burdens, and rejoicing in one another’s joys. Our retreat centre is a space where friendships grow, families are strengthened, and churches find encouragement.

We are also relentless in mission. Whether through quiet retreats, joyful gatherings, or acts of service, our desire is to see lives transformed and God glorified.

Founders

Esther and Reji Chandy began their journey with a shared passion for God’s Kingdom and a desire to create spaces where people could experience His presence in a deeper way. What started as quiet prayers and conversations soon grew into a vision—one that would require faith, perseverance, and trust in God’s leading. Their dream was not just about building a property, but about cultivating a sanctuary where lives could be renewed and communities strengthened in Christ.

With courage and conviction, they took their first steps over thirteen years ago, sowing into land at the foothills of Nandi that would later become Glorious Promised Land. In those early days, the journey was filled with challenges—financial, logistical, and spiritual—but through it all, God’s faithfulness carried them. Their reliance on prayer and their belief in God’s provision became the foundation on which the retreat centre was built.

As the vision began to take shape, Esther and Reji poured their hearts into creating not just buildings and grounds, but a home where believers could gather. They dedicated themselves to fostering community, building relationships, and opening doors for churches, schools, and families to experience fellowship and renewal. Every hall, cottage, and outdoor space reflects their commitment to hospitality, worship, and mission.
